At Berwick, we believe church is more than what happens on a Sunday. It’s about following Jesus in the everyday, from Monday to Saturday, and being His presence in every place. Wherever you are in your faith, we believe there is always a next step to take.
For each of us, there are opportunities to:
Step In: being formed in Christ as we gather to encounter Him
Step Up: being equipped for mission as we grow and use the gifts God has given us
Step Out: being sent into the world to reveal Christ in every place.

Next Step
Baptism is a celebration of what Jesus has done for us and a public declaration of our faith in Him. Through baptism, we declare our desire to follow Jesus, live His way and become more like Him. It is a powerful expression of faith, where we are fully immersed in water as a picture of dying to our old life and being raised to new life in Christ.

Following Jesus was never meant to be done alone. Life Groups are a place to belong, grow and serve. In our Life Groups, you will find a place where you can build genuine relationships, grow in faith, pray together, and experience the support and care of a community of believers.

At Berwick, we believe God has given each of us unique gifts and an important part to play in being His presence in every place! Joining a team is an incredible way to grow as a Christ follower, use the gifts God has given you, and be part of what God is busy doing through our church. Together, we create spaces where people can be formed in Christ (Step In), grow and use our gifts (Step Up), and be sent out to Be His Presence in Every Place (Step Out).
