Step Up

At Berwick, we believe God has given each of us unique gifts and an important part to play in being His presence in every place! Joining a team is an incredible way to grow as a Christ follower, use the gifts God has given you, and be part of what God is busy doing through our church.

Together, we create spaces where people can be formed in Christ (Step In), grow and use our gifts (Step Up), and be sent out to Be His Presence in Every Place (Step Out).

Meet with a Leader

Our team will be in touch to arrange a time to meet with you and discuss your application.

Policy Induction

Read through our policies and sign the induction form.

STEP FIVE

Once you have completed steps 1-4, you’ll receive an email from Safe Ministry Check to complete. Includes training and code of conduct.

We will be in contact if you need to complete any extra requirements for the team you are joining.
