Counselling

The Living Springs Counselling Centre seeks to provide a secure, confidential, non-threatening environment where problems can be discussed, feelings can be clarified, and solutions can be explored with support from an experienced Counsellor.

Living Springs Counselling Centre

The Counsellors at the Centre aim to provide caring, helpful assistance to people attempting to cope with issues in their lives, and to aid them in gaining insight into those issues, developing strategies for coping, and working towards restoration of health and well-being. All counselling sessions are conducted on a strictly confidential basis and the Centre works to a strict code of ethical practice. Counselling sessions are normally 50-60 minutes in length. Counselling is often a continuing process and appointments can be arranged on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
